Bring calm back into your business.

with Jess Hershey

Shouldn't this be easier?

It’s pretty cool that we get to build our world. We get to make the decisions about what we want to offer, who we want to work with, and when we want to work. But there's a catch: we get to make all of the decisions. That's what makes running a business so damn complicated.

I’ve spent the last decade working alongside business owners, and I’ve watched really smart, thoughtful people get pulled in a hundred different directions. There are a thousand perfectly reasonable ways to build a business, and keeping track of which one makes sense for you is the real work.

At the end of the day, your business is built one decision at a time. I think we could all use a little more space to make those decisions intentionally.

Find direction with

Seasonal Alignment

There are a hundred things you could be doing in your business. What's actually worth your time?

Seasonal Realignment gives you a rhythm for coming back to what matters. We’ll start with a reset, create a clear direction and a filter for the decisions ahead, then meet each quarter to check in, adjust, and clear out what’s gotten in the way.

Together, we’re building an infrastructure around your work that helps you stay focused, make more intentional decisions, and keep building a business that works for your life.

Get shit done with

Co-Creation Days

You're building a business, and it's going pretty well. But when you bump into something where you need a little help, it turns into a whole big deal. If you're not ready to bring in support long term, you spend hours and HOURS working on it when you have better things to do or you put it into the "when I have time" pile that you carry around on your shoulders.

What if it could be easier? Like, bringing in a seasoned business owner with a weird variety of skills for the moment you need them, and then going about your merry way?

"YOU are a magical wonderful person."

"Working with a Jess has been a game changer for my business."

"In one hour, we cracked through my list and did more actionable work than I’ve done in months with others."
