It's important to note that we are not web developers - we work within preexisting theme templates where a level of customization is available but also limited. If what you're looking for is beyond what we can do, we will recommend that you reach out to a professional web developer. We do our best to communicate what is possible and what's not, and to get creative with the resources that we have. We can suggest free themes or themes that are more of an investment, but have more opportunities for customization. The time required to build a website can vary greatly on whether the content is ready and how many rounds of edits we have on design and layout elements, but we suggest starting with 15 hours to give us room to build and make edits.

What we do with the podcast process depends on your strength, and where you want to spend your time. For some clients we help put the podcast together, source potential guests, do guest outreach and follow up, and brainstorm topics and questions. For other clients we handle the part that follows: drafting show notes, publishing the episodes, creating promotional graphics, and sharing new episodes on social media.
Your podcast is incomplete without a show notes page for each episode, and you want EVERYONE who listens to go to this page and get all the info they need. This is where you put all the resources you mentioned in your podcast episode: links, guest bio and resources, opt-ins, etc. You also want your episode graphic and title on here, as well as links to your social media pages and merchandise or services, so your listeners can keep up with you and what you do. You send us anything you want your listeners to know about an episode and we will organize it into an easy-to-read, engaging show notes page for you. Have show notes already but need help making them look good? We'll do that too!
Ideally, you want your podcast episode transcribed. Not only does it give your audience options for accessing, but it's much better for SEO. For transcribing, we recommend starting a Temi account. With most of our clients we will login to their Temi account, transcribe the recording and then check over the transcription for any mistakes. Temi typically does a great job - unless you speak fast, or have a heavy accent! If that's the case, we can always transcribe manually.

SOPs, or Standard Operating Procedures, are essentially documents that walk you through how to do a certain project. Why is this important? Let's say that you want your business to grow. First of all, having an SOP for a project makes it go way smoother. It holds all of the details of what to do and when to do it, making sure the process is quick and easy every time and that no details are left out. Second, there's the possibility that someday you want to bring another person onto the team. Typically that would mean you would have to train them from the beginning. But an SOP gives you a ready-to-go guide for each project, so that the new team member can be clued in on your process. We can create an SOP for anything that you do in your business! We login to your Temi account, transcribe the recording and check over the transcription for any mistakes. Temi typically does a great job - unless you speak fast, or have a heavy accent! If that's the case, we can always transcribe manually.
